I would say that things moved so quickly that there wasn't a lot of time to do more. We are very thankful for things moving quickly with the arrival of our new addition just around the corner.
The preparation done before meeting with us the first time made us feel at ease as this was the first time we have put a house up for sale. And we are sure the prep lent to the quick sell of our house.
Since things went so quickly there wasn't a lot of time for us to ask questions or even think of them on the spot but now that things are settled and we have had time to think you have been willing to take the time to clarify anything that pops up in our heads and we are very appreciative for that.

Katie played an instrumental role in the purchase of my new home and the sale of my previous home.
